MELBOURNE.
June 15.— The new Ministry has been sworn in; probably there will be opposition at the re-elections, but only two are doubtful. A Bill has been passed to prevent the spread of the foot and mouth disease. Numbers of animals have been destroyed under orders.
Another case of abuse of patronage has been adduced against the Duffy Government. * The House has adjourned until July 9. Arrived — City of Adelaide from Auckland via Sydney ; Zephyr from Hokitika ; Mary Grant from Auckland via WarDambool. Wheat and flour market firm. Flour, £16 to £16 10s.; wheat, 6s. 9d. to 7s. 2d.; oats, a line of 2000 bushels has been sold at 3s. 4d., and a parcel per Gothenburg, to arrive, at 3s. 4^d. Tookey's, buyers at £5 10s. ; sellers, scarce.
