" Z " writes from the Haven-road complaining of the conduct of a certain " Diana of the Heights," who, he says, has contrived by a liberal use of sticks, stones, and oaths to render nimself a terror to the neighborhood. The Police Court, and not a newspaper office, is the proper place at which to lodge his complaint. Letters for insertion in the Evening Mail must be written upon ovie side of tbe paper only, and sent to the office before 12 o'clock noon, or they will not appear in that c. euing's paper.
