NOTICES TO CORRESPONDENTS.
Letters for insertion in the Evening Mail must be written upon oue side of the paper 011I3', and sent to the office before 12 o'clock noon, or tbey will not appear in that evening's paper. No notice can be taken of anonymous coramu nications. Whatever is intended for insertion in this journal must be authenticated by the name and address of the writer, not necessarily for publication but as a guarantee of good faith.
