In order to encourage the exhibtion of articles of Provincial manufacture, Sptcial Jndges will be appointed to examine and report on all such exhUrts, and to recommend for prizes such as may be deemed meritorious. In this class will be included Farm Implements, Harness mide from New. Zealand materials, Basket", Candles, Carks of New Zealand timber,. Leather, Mats, Preserved Fruits, Soap, Rope, Tweeds, Twine, Wines from New Zealand produce. No prize will be awarded for any of the above not considered meritorious by tlie Judges, who will also be instructed to recommend tor extra, prizes anything in their opinion meritorious, although not classified as above.
