SYDNEY.
The Board of Navigation find that the captain of the Nevada having declined to give evidence respecting the coliision with the A. H. Badger, the investigation can only be an ex parle one, and decline to give any decision, but express their regret that the officers in charge of the Nevada afforded no assistance to the injured vessel. Captain Burnett of the Aurora has been committed for trial for flogging seamen.
