AUSTRIA.
A rumour is current that' the Emperor Francis Joseph is seriously disposed to^ abdicate the throne of Austria. The cause assigned is despondency, from ' his conscious unfltnesa for the constitutional crisis which threatens > the dissolution of the Austrian Empire.
