THE CENTRAL BOARD OF EDUCATION AND THE EDUCATION BILL.
To Tee Editor os thb Nelson Evening Mail. Sir,—l would call the attention of every ratepayer in Nelson town and districts to the -memorial of the above Board lately published, as also to the desirability of calling a public meeting; for the purpose of strengthening'by memorial or otherwise the same. It appears to me very unjust that a province that has already undertaken (systematically) Education, and admitted by all to be working veil should suffer by the negligence of other provinces. I am, &c,.. A Ratepayer.
