Sir,—l would call the attention of every ratepayer in Nelson town and districts to the -memorial of the above Board lately published, as also to the desirability of calling a public meeting; for the purpose of strengthening'by memorial or otherwise the same. It appears to me very unjust that a province that has already undertaken (systematically) Education, and admitted by all to be working veil should suffer by the negligence of other provinces.
