o To the Editor op the Nelson Evening Mail . Sm — I beg to correct a misstatement that appears in Captain Palmer's letter of last night. I have disinterested wituesses, both in Westport and Nelson, to prove that the Kennedy left Westport 30 minutes after the Murray, aud arrived here within half an hour after that vessel. I am, &c, W.
