SUPREME COURT.
o Sittings in Banco. [Before his Honor Mr. Justice Richmond.] This Day. Mr. Fell, on buhalf of W. Cooksey, one of the purchasers of laud at Wangapeka, applied for a rule nisi against the Commissioner of Crown Lands to show cause why he had not made out, and delivered, a Crown Grant for 15 acres of land which the said W. Cooksey had purchased and paid for on the 13th October, 1869. Rule granted. Case to be argued on the 2nd December.
