0 (from our own correspondent.) Dunedin Sept. 9th, 10.47 a.m. McLerinon has been acquitted on the charge brought against him of being implicated in the gold robbery. The Judge's charge was strongly in his favor. A boy was sentenced to twenty- four hours' imprisonment for applauding the verdict. Renuie was found guilty, and sentenced to six years penal servitude.
