SUNDRIES.
Mr. York's application to inclose a part of Shakspeare Walk, was reported .on by Mr. Dodson, and leave was granted. A letter was .received from Messrs. Hooper & Dodson, asking leave to construct a. drain . from /th_eir malthouse in. Tasman-street to the Bropk-street stream. Permission waslgiven for the work to be done under; the supervision of the Surveyor. The Surveyor was instructed to clean out some ditches in Gloucester and Vanguard Streets. Sundry accounts were passed, and the Board separated.
