Ssr,— i-By inserting the -following, and prescribing some remedy for tbe present grievous-state of affairs in our Provincial Council, -.yoa will oblige. Is the present session to be frittered away in indulgence on the partof *a few in personal criminations, and ia grati%ing their araibitioi: to hold certain positions with rega-rd to. the Council for which they have proved .themselves totally .unfit, or is the public business to be transacted ? I -have -/heard of independent members of the Council who are -so -thoroughly disgusted with the late acti©a of.the Opposition that they are determined ;toileave. Can n-othing.he done by tbe community to bring those men whom they hav-e placed in --their. present positious fc-3 a-sease'.of justice aud honesty?
