CULLIFORD GOLD-MINING COMPANY, (Registerkd.) -VTOTICE IS HEREBY .GIVEN to the i>l several SHAREHOLDERS in the above Company, that an EXTRAORDINARY MEETING of the SHAREHOLDERS will be held at the ODD-FELLOWS' HALL, on SATURDAY, the r-th day of April, at the hour of 7.30 p.m., to take into consideration the following Proposal by the Directors : — That in consequence of the Prospectors being unable to carry out lheir original agreement with the Company, the" Directors be authorised to cancel the same, and to enter into a new contract with the Prospectors, subject to the following terms : — That the Prospectors shall forthwith transfer to the Company the Quartz Claim allotted to the Prospectors, under ihe Goldfields Regulations, of 300 feet along the reef, by 30w feet, of the land at at Wangapeka, agreed to be sold to the Company, and also any water and other lights they may be entitled to in that District. That the Company should pay to the Prospectors for the same "the sum of £1000, one-hali of which has been already paid under the original contract, and the remainder to be paid on ti e transfer of the Claim to the Company. The Directors to allot to the Prospectors 30C paid-up shares, and the Prospectors to take 10C ordinary shares. That the Deed of Settlement of the Company should be amended in conformity with sucli agreement.
