[Before J. Sharp, Esq., R.M.] This Day. Breach of Hackney Carriage Act. William Jones and Wm. Lockyer were, on the information of Wm. Hargreaves, fined 10s. and costs, for driving their hackney carriages at night without lights. Cattle Trespass. John Bray, W. J. Frost, T. R. Fisher, J. Spencer, J. Donaldson, and T. B. Louisson, were fined in the usual amount for permitting their horses to stray ou the public thoroughfares. Assault. Frost v. Corrigan for assault. Defendant was fined ss. and costs.
