o - A match was played at Riwaka on Saturday, January 8, between an eleven of the Riwaka and an eleven of the Motueka Clubs, which resulted in a victory for Motueka with five wickets to go down. After the two first innirjgs the two elevens - sat down to an excellent luncheon prepared by Mr. H. Talbot of the Ferry House, and to which ample justice was done.
