SITTINGS IN BANKRUPTCY.

This Dat. [Before his Honor Mr Justice Richmond.! Richard Sutcliffe -came up for his dis* charge. Mr Pitt opposed on behalf of J. R. Dodson, one of the creditors. The Court took time to consider until this day fortnight, 26th inst. In the matter of the bankrutcy of Joseph Edwards, whose deed of assignment had been declared completely executed in December last, Mr Pitt moved on behalf of J. R. Dodson, one of the trustees to the deed, for examination of Joseph, and John Edwards, as to debt sworn to by said John Edwards. Order granted, to be heard on 19th inst. William Lloyd was adjudged a bankrupt. First meeting of creditors to be held at the Court-house, on Monday, the 22nd inst., at 3 o'clock. In the matter of the insolvency of Richard Beckford Scott, the time for applying for adjudication was extended to Friday next, 19th inst.
