We issued a summary last ev.entng of the following telegraphic communication. The Pauama Co's s.s. Ruahiue arrived from Panama iu the Harbor at 5 p.m. The Ahratoy from Southampton to Colon broke down, aud had to put back hence the delay. She brings English papers of the 14th, and news via New York, to tho 20th August. Passengers : — For Wellington, Captain J. V. Hall, Capt. Blane, R.N., Messrs . Walker, Dryschken, Gailiug, Russell, Foster, and West, Mr and Mrs Bennett, Capt. Hendeley, Mr and Mrs Harris, and five children ; for Canterbury — Mr Karslake, Count Geldern, Mr Murray ; for Otago — Mr and Mrs W. C. Young, Mr Catchlough ; for Nelson — Mr Allen- ; for Auckland — Messrs Webb, Benbow, Edwards, Norris and Stevens ; for Melbourne — Messrs Perry and Enrichkin, Mr, Mrs, and MiBS Carnigie ; fur Sydney — Mr Frankland, Mr and Mrs Bruraiton, Messrs Clate aud Gullick, aud Mrs Maughau aud infant.
