THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Members of the NELSON INSTITUTE will beheld on WEDNESDAY Evening, Feb. 12, at half-past 7 o'clock. Business : To receive the Annual Report and Balance Sheet, and to Elect Officers for the current year. THE Committee of the above Association have decided that the ANNUAL EXHIBITION of FARM PRODUCE and STOCK shall be held this year at RICHMOND, time and full particulars of which will be given in a future advertisement. The Committee also announce that it is their wish by the awarding of PRIZES to promote I'LOUGHING MATCHES in those districts where sufficient competition is offered, in furtherance of which an ample sum has been set apart from their funds. All persons interested in the progress and wellbeing of the Association are earnestly solicited to become subscribers. Suhscriptions may be paid to any member of the Committee, or to ROBT. M.
