NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership hitherto existing between David Henderson Murdoch, Edwin Gough, and Matthew Major Morey, carrying on business at Westport, in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand, in copartnership as Hotelkeepers, under the style or firm of Morey & Co., is DISSOLVED by mutual consent. And notice is hereby further given, that the said business will be Carried On bythe said Matthew Major Morey alone. All Debts due by the said firm are to be Paid by the said Matthew Major Morey; and all debts owing to the said firm are to be paid to the said Matthew Major Morey, whose receipt for the same will alone be a sufficient discharge.
