A very wanton and disgraceful piece of mischief says the Grey Eiver Argus of the 19th was perpetrated sometime on Sunday evening, by some person or persons unknown. A waterman's boat, the All Nations, was cut adrift from the beach "opposite Richmond Quay, and would have been carried out to sea and lost hafl it not been, found by a fisherman just inside the bar yesterday morning. This is the second time within eight days thafc the same boat has been cut adrift, nnd other instances of the kiud have occurred. . It is to be hoped the scoundrels will be discovered and punished.
