AERITKD. Lyttelton-. — Feb. 25 : Laughlin Water, from Newcastle, at 435 p.m.; A. 11. Badger, from Newcastle, at 5 p.m. SAILED. Wellington. — Feb 26: s. Rakaia, frr Sydney, at 10 a.m. Lyttelton. — Feb. 26: s. Airedale for Dunedin, at 3 p.m. By the .powers conferred upon him by the "Marine Act. 18G6," the Postmaster-General has fixed the foliowing lighthouse dues, to be paid by all vessels trading with the West Coast of the Middle Island. Sailing vessels from beyond the colony, coming from the eastward, have to pay sixpence per register ton, and steamers four pence. Steamers or sailing vessels employed in the coasting trade, and coining from a port on the east coast of the colony, pay one penny per register ton. Vessels are only to be charged light dues on their, entering inwards at the first port.
