Beaney's trial concluded on Monday. The jury were locked up till Tuesday morning; 9 were favorable for an acquittal. Beaney admitted to bail, and he will be tried again next session. LeMiardt's search party write that they have searched unsuccessfully the tributaries of the Flinders River, but intend to interrogate the natives, and then start for the western interior.
