GERMAN SOCIALISTS RETURN THANKS.

Tho Sydney I.W.W. Club recently wrote to the leader of the German Social Democratic Party (llerr Bebel), congratulating the party on its success at the German elections. The following official reply, dated Berlin, Marrli 30, has been received: — "Dear Sir,—-I am deputed to acknowledge, on behalf of the Social Democratic Party, your kind letter conveying the I.W.W. Club's appreciation of the successful results of the recent elections. For this accent our hearty thanks, and bo assurer! that the Social Democrats recognise that to solve the problem of political and economic servitude and secure the salvation of the working-class, complete unity of action is necessary in the political and industrial spheres of operation. Tho Social Democrats of Germany will always by word and deed endeavor to realise the aim of universal fraternity, and act in harmony with kindred associations to promote the international solidarity of the workers of all countries.
