The International Secretariat of tho bakers and pastry cooks issues the following appeal: "To the executive committees of all bakers' unions. In North America our comrades are still struggling with the bread trust. A speedy agreement is necessary between the national seei claries before the strikes and lock-outs begin, in order tn provide information to the different countries and to prevent blacklegs from going to other countries.
