The niin'ragotte movement in Rouniania, at first regarded as a passing craze, lias assumed concrete form with tlie appearance of a newspaper, "Ri'iht-i oi' Women." Tho editor is Madame Janoulosco, w/'ll known in Roeial : nd literary circles of the capital. Public meetings are being held by the snfl'rngottes throughout the con ii try. but there is no militantism Eiforts are being made to enlist the support of Queen Elizabeth (Carmen Sylva).
