A meeting in London of the representatives of the. American, British, German and French banks confirmed the platk-t formulated for the advance of money to the Chinese Republican Cabinet. It was resolved to postpone the question of a larger loa.n until the firm establishment of the Government. •awl the recognition of the Republic by the foreign Powers.
