BRITISH LABOR PARTY.

The membership of the party at the end of last year was 1,539,08'f; for the year previous it was 1,409,351. The number of unions affiliated has been reduced from 151 to 141, due to the Osborne judgment. There, wero also 82 Trades Councils and 6-1 Labor. Parties represented. The other bodies affiliated are the 1.L.i , ., with 28,000 members, and the Fabian Society with 3404 members. For tho first year of the Labor Party the membership was 375,931.
