Tlie London "Express" sees a Socialist Government in the next few years. It is throwing spasms about what it calls "the menace of Socialism." Tho "Express" sees not ttr or 60 Socialists in Parliament after the next general election, which it thinks will take place in I'Jl.l, but over .HID Socialists in the British House of Commons,
In the past the Socialists had to pay the salaries of any members they might elect to Parliament, but now the Government must do this. With this practice jn force, the "Express" believes that the Socialists will sweep practically everything before thorn. The "Express" states that the day is not very far away when, the Liberal and Unionist forces will be. forced to unite in order to defeat the Socialists.
