RkLUcis of Germany, a professional organisation, simply sent tl'eir statute*. Tho Shmmakers of Doinnark refer the TVench organisation to their international federation, which is in favor of the idea, and invites the French to its ooivrcss at Vienna in 1913. Sorvia, ■iweden', Italy ■and England say they iccept the project in principle. The organisations of those countries are working hard to create trade federations and encourage the French, asking to be kept informed of all steps taken by tho I'Yt.uch Federation for tins purpose.
