Brussels, Aug. 16. —There wasan imposing demonstration Tuesday in favour of unrestricted universal suffrage and obligatory education. The Socialists and Liberals united in bringing to Brussels 200,000 persons from all parts of Belgium for the demonstration. The "members of the great throng with uplifted hands swore they would keep up the struggle until'the; desired reforms have been accomplished.
