IN THE ARGENTINE.
Despite the eftorts made by the ruling class in the Argentine to crush the Socialist movement, it still grows apace. The confiscation of its printing plant and daily paper "La Vanguardia," has had the effect of another daily being started, better equipped than before. It has been decided that in future greater attention be given to the question of industrial organisation.
