PERU RIOTS.

: The opening of the preliminary session of deputies from all parts of Peru was accompanied by a hostile demonstration. Two people were killed and several wounded. When the formal opening of the session was over and the deputies were dispersing, cheers were given for the Government. There were counter cries of "Death to the Congress," and the divided crowd immediately broke into.confused fighting. Hundreds of shots were fired, but the hostilities mostly took the form of hand-to-hand contests. None of the deputies-was hurt, . although several had narrow, escapes. They fled through the crowd.
