In consequence'of an article--in the well-known Paris newspaper, the "Temps" on the subject of Morocco, the editor of the Spanish journal "Diario de la Marina" has challenged the editor of the "Temps" to light. The article dealt with the action- of Spain in Morocco and the relations between Franca and Spain. The Spanish editor, Senor don Alfonso Ruiz de Grijalba, has left for the Franco-Spanish frontier, where the editor of the "Temps" awaits him. Though the pen is usually described as being'mightier than the sword, t-lio Spanish editor has chosen the latter weapons, and it is probable that the original flow of ink will be followed by a letting of blood.
