Persian Upheaval.
Serious riots are reported from Ispahan, in Persia. The origin of the disturbances is obscure, .but the fact that leading members of the clergy are concerned in a corner in corn may have something to do with the outbreaks. The mob captured the head of the municipality, whom it afterwards hanged. Several less prominent officials were killed. . Tho town is now quiet.
