Dear "Worker," —You published a letter of mine in your February issue asking whether these phonographs were any good, and 1 enclose a letter I received from a lady in Masterton. The machine they speak of is in no way Avhat they send, in fact it is nothing more than a perfect fraud, for the one thoy send can be bought anyAvhere for aboub ios, and it is not much more than a toy. I think they should be stopped taking people in in such a barefaced way. I sent £1 Is to start with. Then duty Avas 6s 2d, freight 7s ?d, cartage 2s, so in all it cost ;tl 16s «?d.
