Victory Club Dance
There was a good crowd of dancers at the Victory Club dance on Saturday night when Mrs. Tail's orchestra provided music. Miss J. Ebbett and Mrs. J. D. Moncrieff obliged with extras. Tho supper was up to the usual Victory Club standard. Opportunity was taken to accord Ordinary Seaman John David a farewell and present him with the customary wallet on behalf of the Pahiatua Patriotic Society. Mr. J. Hutton made the presentation.
