Received Thursday, 10.15 p.m. LONDON, March 9. It is reliably stated that the Finnish Government’s reactions to Russia’s peace terms have been conveyed to the Soviet Government, says the Daily Mail’s Stockholm correspondent. A detailed explanation of them may he published soon. It is only known at present that Finland is strongly objecting to some of the terms, but is willing to negotiate.
