At a lantern slide lecture on prophecies concerning Palestine and the Jew, ut the Coronation Hall on Sunday night, Miss Waterston showed the fulfillment of many prophecies the expulsion of the Turk the delivery of Jerusalem the return of the Jew, and the return of an adequate rainfall, thereby causing desolate Palestine to be again like the Garden of Eden. Miss Waterston spoke of the deadlock be tween the Arabs who are 70 per cent ol the population and the Jew who desires to set up a Jewish state, while Britain foots the bill of an army to keep the Arabs from driving the Jew into the Mediterranean. The solution the lecturer said lies in tlie outcome of the next effort for world domination in Russia’s effort which is clearly foretold in scripture. A glorious future as world capital awaits Jerusalem after the climax of the present world disorders when men under the leadership of a Divine dictator the Messiah, will beat their swords into plowshares and learn war no more. A further lecture will be given next Sunday at 7 p.m. entitled “Miracles of Progress at Haifa and Tel Aviv.”
