(From Our Own Correspondent.) There was a fair attendance %-t the August Women’s Fellowship meeting when Mrs. R. W. Humphrey presided and extended a welcome to all, especially Rev. and Mrs. Blight and Mrs. and Miss Tolley, visitors from Feildfng. Rev. Blight gave a talk on the Islands. Miss Tolley, a former missionary ' teacher at Fiji, also gave a brief outline of her experiences. Thanks were extended to Mrs. Walker for the gift of a cupboard. September hostesses will be Mesdames Smith and Hislop, and the social steward Mrs. W. P. Bickers, There was a good attendance at the ( fortnightly cards. The prizes, which I were donated by Mrs. McDonald and Mr. T. A. Shalders, were won as follow: Ladies, Mrs. Bickers 1, Mrs. Vincent (sealed) j men, Mr. M. Wishnowsky 1. The card evenings will in future be held on Saturday evenings and the next meeting will be on September 5.
