Following an inspection from Mount Stewart, a decision has been made to restore the whole of the street lighting in Palmerston North. Different Warning Signals Feeling that there should bo a different warning signal for an alert as distinct from an actual air raid alarm, the committee of the Palmerston North E.P.S. decided last night to make representations on the subject. Steel Helmets for City E.P.S. One thousand steel helmets have now arrived for the use of the Palmei'ston Noi'th E.P.S.
