A business man recently returned from Australia has an. amusing storv to tell of one of his experiences in Sydney. He was travelling in a tram With a number of business people, all talking. One woman’s voice rang out above all the rest, and one by one the talkers stopped and listened, until the loud-voiced woman held the floor. The tram reached a stop where the woman alighted, and there was a moment’s pause, then a voice with a strong j American accent said, “All stations may now resume their own pro- ’ grammes. ”
