The American Red Cross has spent 558,581 dollars on war relief since the outbreak of war, and of this sum over 138,000 dollars has been spent during the past ten days for Finland. Approximately 300,000 dollars boen spent on 250,000 articles of clothing and over 1.000,000 on surgical dressings. The cash expenditure included Polish relief of over 307,000 dollars, Great Britain 25,000 dollars, France 13,000 dollars. The Russo-Germau Red Cross has not requested assistance.
