Japan Steps Into Bulgaria

United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received Friday, 7 p.m. SOFIA, Dec. 28. Japan has established diplomatic relations with Bulgaria. Teruo Hachiyo, former Counsellor at Warsaw, has presented his credentials to King Boris. The Legation will be the centre of Japanese activity in the Balkanj, where it is hoped to extend trade.
