Tho War Department has ordered the creation of 52 new Army Air Corps squadrons stationed by February 1 in the United States, Puerto Rico, the Canal Zone, Hawaii and Alaska. This Is one of tho largest expansions of tho Air Corps in history. It comprises bombardment, pursuit, reconnaissance and observation units.

Tho Federal Grand Jury is in receipt of evidence that some sabotage has occurred in United States automobile, aeroplane and munition factories on bohalf of foreign countries and more is planned. It will also investigate espionage and other activities by foreign agents, including anti-Semitism.
