German Steamer Driven Ashore
CHASED BY BRITISH WALIIIIPS Received Thursday, 9.50 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 28. A messago from Cadiz reports that the steamer Ciudad do Melilla rescued the crew of the German steamer Giuclcsburg which British warships chased aground near .San Luca*. A message from Oslo reports that the steamer Torwood sank in the North Sea after an explosion. Seven of elevon of the crew'were rescued.
