Received Thursday, 7.20 p.m. NEW YORK, Dec. 27. The British United Press Washington correspondent states that Colonel Nenonen is seeking to persuade the army to follow the precedent of the navy which waived its prior rights to warplanes in order to permit their supply to Finland. Colonel Nenonen seeks trench mortars, anti-aircraft and anti tank guns, types of which it is understood the United States army is deficient.
