Small States Offer Help to Finns
I :ZJJL ABANDONS BED CKOSS CONVENTION Received Thursday, 7.20 p.m. GENEVA, Dec. 2S. Colombia, Dominica, Liberia and Uruguay have replied to the League regarding help for Finland and broadly supporting the Assembly’s resolution. The Swiss radio stated that Russia nas aunounced that as a result of her expulsion from the Lcaguo she is no longer abiding by tae International Red Cross Convention. A message from Oslo states that Norway has contributed £250,000 to help Finland. Members of the Icelandic Parliament have given a week's salary.
