Special Force Men From Feilding

RETURN TO CAMP YESTERDAY Feilding and district members of the Special Force returned to camp yesterday, joining special trains which passed through southward bound and northward bound. A southbound special took a number shortly after 1 p.m. and others proceeding north left last night. All of the men, totalling over SO from this district, have been l'cted during their leave by special gatherings held in Feilding and district. Halcombe, Kiwitea, and Kimbolton settlers accorded those from the districts named send-offs, gatherings which followed the Feilding function. The troops were given gifts in the shape of safety razors, fountain pens and pencil .sets and wallets.
