CANBERRA, Dec. 22. To overcome the difficulties that will arise if shipping irregularities continue, the Federal Government has assumed powers by new National Security Regulations to commandeer buildings suitable for the storage of wheat. Simultaneously, power is taken to commandeer whatever supplies of eornsacks the Wheat Board may require to store wheat, pending shipment.
