FRANCE URGED TO END RELATIONS WITH SOVIET
(Received 22, 12.45 pjn.) PARIS, Dec. 21. Several newspapers support a suggestion by the former Prime Minister, M. Flandin, that diplomatic relations between Russia and France should be broke off. The Petit Journal says: “Tha logic and interest of honest men demand a diplomatic rupture after Russia’s exclusion from the League for a crims pgalnst civilisation.”
